Page 1 of Is anyone NOT BUYING the Indiana Jones Dvd Boxset?

Stupid question really, but is anyone out there (who isn`t already caught up in the pre-sale hype) not rushing out to buy this boxset on it`s release?

I can`t decide myself .....I can just about remember the first film ...and does one of the films have an annoying kid in it?

Which is the worst film of the three?

Yeh the second one is probably the weakest of the three but still enjoyable!

Personally I thibk the first one....`Raiders of the lost ark`....is the best by far. Im deffo gonna buy the boxset as soon as it comes out. Cant understand anyone who wouldnt!!

Doubt I will be.
Decent enough films but don`t even watch them when they`re on the tele.

May do if I see them cheap in a while but certainly won`t be caught `in the rush`..

I have the Laserdisc box set so I will not be duplicating. Not worth buying just for the xtras. Ld print transfer is excellent anyway. If I only had them on vhs then sure I would buy. Yes the second film is the weakest. Laserdisc still lives (at my house anyway) ;)

I might buy the first but the other two are poor, and I can`t see why there is such a price difference between Indiana Jones and back to the future box set`s wich I got for £17.00.

I prefer temple of doom to the last crusade - seems like I`m alone in this!

I`m not going to buy the boxed set. I would prefer to just get the final film, The Last Crusade, as this is definitely my favourite.

i`m with you there on the temple of doom..my favourite of the bunch.
might have something to do with seeing it at the cinema for a friends 8th birthday...nothing like seeing a film on the big screen as a nipper for it to leave an impression. only downer was the monkeys brains put me right off my westler`s hotdog!
