After enjoying the famous prequel, I was eager to get to watch the 2nd instalment of "The Saw".
I was not disappointed. At all.
The movie actually turns out to be even a bit better than the first one. The characters are better defined and the plot is full of twists and turns.
The video transfer is very good. The colors are deep and clear and create a truly eerie atmosphere.
The DD 5.1 soundtrack is very good. The surrounds are effectively used throughout the movie and provide a rich sound envelope.
The menus are animated with sound.
The extras include a commentary, a behind the scenes featurette and 4 storyboards comparisons.
Bottom line - a very good and alarming sequel with a decent disc to match. Enjoy it.
