Synopsis:
Fred Frenger (Alec Baldwin) starts over in Miami by attacking an old cop for his badge and gun and turning himself into a seemingly acceptable member of society before embarking on a series of violent robberies and hooking up with a young prostitute - played by Jenniger Jason Leigh. The cop he attacked, Sgt Hoke Moseley (Fred Ward), is on the warpath and out to put this renegade behind bars once more, but is he too old for the job? Based on the book by Charles Willeford.
