Synopsis:

This movie is darkly comic and sometimes moving.
Adam Sandler plays Barry Egan, a troubled and lonely man who is dominated by his 7 sisters. None of them really care about him and talk about his as if he isnt there which leads to him having spontaneous and violent outbursts. There is a scene where he trashes up a restaurant toilet and denies doing it which stood out as being hilarious. He meets this woman played by Emily Watson, who takes a liking to him despite the fact that he is obviously troubled. One night he makes the mistake of calling a phone sex line which lands him into to more trouble than he can handle......
The visuals are great and full of colour. The cinematography is great and each scene captures the mood well. The picture is very crisp, sharp and of very good quality. Top stuff. The sound is also brilliant.
There arent that many extras which lets the disc down a little. There are some deleted scenes, trailers, nothing thats worthwhile or interesting.
Overall this is a great movie on a good disc. It is well worth purchasing or at the very least its worth a rental.
