Synopsis:
Reuben (Denzel Washington) is a decorated veteran of both Northern Ireland and the Falklands War, but when he leaves the British Army and tries to make his way in civilian life, he finds that his military experience counts for nothing. Unable to find work and stripped of his passport due to an immigration law technicality, Reuben soon finds that the only way he can keep his head above water is through a life of crime.
