    Synopsis:
Today, there are just three requirements for murder: the motive, the means and the media. Robert DeNiro and Edward Burns pack serious heat in this supercharged action-thriller.

When two Eastern European criminals decide that the fastest route to fame and fortune in the U.S. is infamy, they embark on a vicious, headline-grabbing killing rampage. Hot on their trail are a veteran homicide detective (Robert DeNiro) and a young arson investigator (Edward Burns). Against a frenzied backdrop of tabloid TV and justice gone mad, they are drawn into the killers` explosive game of cat and mouse as the mean streets of New York erupt into a battlefield.

Co-starring Kelsey Grammer (TV`s Frasier) and Melina Kanakaredes (TV`s Providence), 15 Minutes is "a sheer adrenaline rush" (Movieline) that will leave you breathless!

A long, boring and disappointing thriller, that despite the ambitious cast, lacks a decent script.
The video transfer is very good. There are no compression signs and the picture looks just great. Take a look at the 1:05:00 mark for some beautiful saturated colors.
The DD 5.1 soundtrack is good. While there are several action scenes, the surrounds are not particularly active.
The menus are all animated with sound.
The extras include a commentary, 2 featurettes about the nature of the American media, 6 deleted scenes, 2 hand-held camera takes of 2 scenes in the movie and a music video.
This disk uses a new "Infinifilm" method which allows you to interact with the movie. Pretty nice, though in this case, it doesn`t help the boring movie.
Bottom line - a boring movie that is accompanied by a great looking disk.

unlike the other reviews i thought that the film was quite good, the only thing that was stupid was to include some really
violent scenes apart from that the film is fine, the film is also
bumbed up with the infini film and some decent extras, the picture and sound are excellent
