Synopsis:
Graham Vick's new production of Mosè in Egitto set alight the 2011 Rossini Opera Festival in the composer's home town of Pesaro. The Biblical tale of oppression, inspiration and freedom finds striking resonance on today's battlefields across the world, from Chechnya to Palestine.
