Synopsis:
Koyomi Araragi has solved yet another supernatural case, but while Karen is finally rid of her curse, his other sister is about to get diagnosed with a severe supernatural ailment; a problem that is going to attract far more attention than just that of Koyomi.

Trouble is brewing, as two mysterious girls have been asking questions about the Araragi household, and are showing a curious knowledge of Koyomi and his sister’s condition.
