The Rock is a very good film and one of the best Jerry Bruckheimer productions. It is very similar to con air in the action sequences. The cast is perfect for a film like this and the soundtrack is one of the best I have heard.
The picture quality is very sharp and the sound is explosive.
It is a shame then that the DVD did not contain any features whatsoever and it is also a flipper.
