Inside, the strangely androgynous Count holds court over a menagerie of strange and bizarre creatures, each of which seems to have been tailor made for the lost souls who enter seeking a new lifelong companion. Of course, the Count doesn't give guarantees on whose lifetime that is, and a certain detective from Homicide has his suspicions that the Count's motives are far from benevolent.
