An ace Bond film in my opinion one of the finest. A lot of people say "NO" to this film but why exactly? Its in space full of amazing visual effects and life staking stunts. The picture is sharp and shows the true element of this film to date. MGM has made a fine effort putting in extras especially the "men behind the mayhem" documentary.

A dreadfully weak Bond film, this is were the series degenerated into a load of slapstick nonsense with every good action scene ruined (for example) with shots of pigeons doing double takes as Bond rides in a gondala with wheels through a packed Venice sqaure. (so much for lying low)
Just as ludicrous is the climatic space battles and a chase in a space shuttle! This is supposed to be espionage movie not an episode of Battlestar Galactica!
Buy this to fill the gap in your collection but otherwise steer clear.
