I really expected to love this film, so without watching it before hand I ordered it right away.
Wow! What a tremendous let down. This film so wants to be Animal House! Unfortunately it`s not even half as good!
There`s tits and ass and the occassionally amusing smutty gag but it`s got the American Pie complex of just not going far enough with it`s jokes. The filmmakers need to take time out and watch a few Farelly brother movies. Now theres gross!
The picture quality is average but the DTS soundtrack is impressive, however the extra features are not!
To sum up this disc= very average!

Ouch!!! What a lame movie this turned out to be. There are very few good things I can say about this one. Well, it`s original, but that`s about it. Nothing more. Not funny at all, nor even hilarious.
The video transfer is very good. The quality of the colors is especially noticeable during the drive-through-the-woods scenes where the colors of the trees and their leaves are outstanding. As expected, there are no compression signs at all.
The DTS and DD 5.1 soundtrack are both ok. While there is an occasional usage of the surrounds, this is mostly a dialog based movie, hence the action takes place in the front speakers. The music, however, comes from all speakers and is quite good, actually.
The menus are partially animated with sounds.
The extras include a behind the scenes look, some deleted scenes and a music video. Nothing too amazing here.
Bottom line - a rather foolish movie with no point whatsoever, a couple of nice shots of American forests and some good tunes. Nothing more, though.

Jesus, i hate these kind of movies they are just sad, childish and pathetic. I really tried to like it, i really, really tried but in the end i gave up. The only laugh i had from it was at my friend for buying this s*** in the first place. Only fans of Scary Movie need bother watching this - if they`re not picking their noses or lighting their farts. Asinine rubbish.

Utter s***e. Every lame joke was on the trailer in the first place so theres no point in even watching it. Tom Green should be shot on site, how he ever got his own show ill never know!

I know everyones entitled to their own opinion but some of these reviews seem very harsh. I think this movie is targeted at a specific age group 15-25. If you lie between this group, you are likely to enjoy this funny journey of 4 distinctly different people who are going to austin (not boston), texas to help save a buddys neck. At the end of the day, that is what this is, a buddy movie. I have seen this quite a few times and since this was my first ever region 1 disc, it is something of a treasure for me. The extras are quite cool, love the music video(this movie has a wicked soundtrack). Live fast, die young, never give a sh*t about anything.
Funny in places but no way near as hilarious as the american pie movies, this movie provides entertainment and good value for money.
Also it is worth reading Chris Cox`s review as it better than what some of the visitors have posted

I quite enjoyed this film. Ignore the negative reviews. OK, it won`t win any oscars but it is just mild entertainment. I thought it was better than American Pie 2. There are a couple of classic scenes in this film and I`m sure it will gain a following. Also, the characters are likeable and though cliched, you should enjoy the ride.
The DVD is fairly good as well. Worth renting out.
