In the aftermath of a massive explosion, a survivor, Sarah, regains consciousness in a medical evacuation centre outside of a city.
Searching for her father in the labyrinthine building, Sarah soon discovers that the terrorist bomb was a biological weapon, which causes the bodies of its victims to come back to life and hunt for human flesh.
Now, with ravenous zombies on the loose, Sarah sets off with a small group of uninfected survivors, and attempts to escape from the confines of the building. But with the evacuation centre locked down and the gang slowly being picked off by the zombie hoards, Sarah realises that this is one nightmare she might never wake up from…
