Quite simply brilliant. I'm a big fan of the tv series and seeing it all on dvd is quite an experience. Angel is a vampire, cursed by gypsies with a soul, tortured with haunts of his evil past. He arrives in modern day LA and is approached by Doyle who has visions of people who are in danger of being attacked by evil beings. They form a vigilante team rescuing people in trouble from demons. An old friend, Cordelia also teams up with them.

The picture quality is really good. There are some signs of grain and unsharpness but that is probably because it is a tv series and is shot on video. It is non anamorphic but seasons 2 and 3 are widescreen anamorphic. The sound also is only a DD 2.0 due to it being a tv series restricted by budgets but the 2.0 sound is really fantastic. There are a few trailers, commentaries on certain eps and some great documentaries. All we can expect from a Tv series really.
All in all a fantastic package. Dont be put of by the price as its worth it.
