How do they pack so much into a single episode?

SPOILER:
I'm so torn about Joffrey's death. He's a horrible character, that everytime he is on-screen you fear he'll put a character you really like to death. He's probably by far the one you want to see get his comeuppance.

But at the same time, the series just lost a major villian!

True, he was a great villain, but Ramsay Snow will soon prove to be a more than fitting replacement :D

I kept thinking that he was not quite dead, then went Yeeeeeeeeeeeh, he's dead all right, and its only episode 2, he he. 

And the face on Tyrion Lannister was a picture, as that was him set up again as a poisoner this time, poor guy. How is he going to get out of this one. I love it, the plot thickens.

This weeks episode was a bit lame, except for the giant thottling the bad guy under remote control, nice 

Not sure what was lame about it. Every episode this season has been stellar.

That said, the last 3 of this season will be especially good ;)

Well this week the best line ever in Game of Thrones, and to me one of the best actors that said it.

This made me jump out my seat and scream "YES"

"I demand trial by combat"

(I scared our dog when I jumped, he he)
