Blatter survives for one very simple reason. That being the fact that the member F.A`s are as corrupt as him. "FFP" probably scrapped in a few short years being an example. The only thing that matters is money, no more and no less and as Blatter knows where the skeletons are he is untouchable. No doubt the timing is "Coincidental" and nothing to do with the election in the next days, aye right.

Or like the "White Knight" Dave King at Ibrox. 43 criminal convictions for fraud/ tax offences (Paid millions to avoid jail time) yet still allowed to become a chairman after passing the SFA`s "Fit and proper" regulations
