a remarkable remarkable woman, this games has been one fantastic story after another and I honestly believe that the "friendly games" will be nigh on impossible to top :)

How about that Jamaican guy in the 4x100m relay pulling a quad muscle and STILL running his leg of the race!

Honestly, didnt even notice they were that comfortable.....just another add on to the remarkable games :)....the wee girl carrying Bolts kit bag before the race tho.....so sweet....and a day she will never forget...especially the fist pump...her face was a picture.
