The Irish High Court has ruled that net pirates cannot be removed from the web, in a judgement which could impact so-called `three strikes` policies.
Apparently this contradicts EU law they said, which is interesting, as that would apply here too.

Anyway, they might have been hedging their bets anyway as the previous stories about obtaining customer data on suspected torrentors indicates.

That's a fair dinkum statement.

I remember I would not be getting the Sinclair ZX81 until the year 2000 due to problems with shipping.

Had to make do with an old chinese abacus and a painting on the front of a biscuit tin lid, as a video screen. At least it was in colour
