i think it must be a popular site today. there is a torrent link that works, but i am downloading the zip. and thats taken about an hour already...

Hayseed Dixie, as you may have guessed from the name, are an AC DC tribute band, with a difference, they do the songs country and western style

they briefly became mega popular on radio 1 etc a years or so ago after I think they did a storming Glastonbury set, which alerted the world to there existence, and don`t just do ACDC any more.

I think though the fact they`re doing a "funny" version of a song you know/like distracts from the fact they are clearly talented, rather than just being a novelty act.

I also like Wierd Al Yankovich, so when that site works I`ll give it a go

Grabbed the torrent. One comment above reminded me of Black Sweden, worth tracking them down if you can, they mix famous rock anthom licks with Abba. ;)

not a novelty thing at all, just a merging of styles..
if you google rench you will see that there is a family of artists, and downloads for you extra enjoyment.
