What track has the deepest bass ever?....

;)

Just taken a trip to age old Prodigy land, and the opening track to the Prodigy Experience CD almost made me pass something solid :P You know, Jericho.

With just the Quads doing the stuff it`s enough, but when the subs kicked in from power save mode, i had a grin from ear

>to ear!!!! :)

Any more bass fun in the place?

BTW, i had a fabtastic holiday. Clayton, i will ring you soon!

actually is an old (9 years old) Drum and Bass track, little heard of, called Dred Bass by Dead Dred.

Download and listen to it on a good sub, bass so deep you can feel the vibes in Jamaica!

Better to die fighting for freedom than to be a prisoner all the days of your life

A Finnish band called Panasonic (now called Pan Sonic) used to play a track with bass so deep it made people poo their pants - true fact :)

Shades of South Park`s Brown Noise - that one always makes me chuckle, sad juvenile that I am.

DredBass is deep but not as deep as Pulp Fiction. THATS a dirty bassline!!

And speaking of pooing pants, can anyone remember the old KLF story?

They made a tank with a Bass gun and, during a test, fired it around their estate with gay abandon. Hilarity ensues when neighbouring farmer claims compensation for several cows, deap of ruptured bowels.

Van Der Graff Generator were alleged to have used a set of modified bass pedals live in the early seventies that had to be fastened to the stage and when used brought down plasterwork at several venues.
Most bass on a track for me is ,can`t remember its name, but one of the tracks on Birdy by Peter Gabriel or most of the stuff on the Blue Man Group DVD audio disc

Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works Vol 1. (serious home-made BASS-Miester)

This album was solely responsible for, not just a small tear, but blowing segments of my dad`s Aiwa speaker cones out completely, back in the early 90`s.

Needless to say, I am a little more careful when playing it these days. I did commandeer those speakers when I left home and still have them in my dining room, and must say they still work well, with no distortion except at high levels - solidly built.
