Page 1 of Webcam oddity

Desperate to stream my birdbox again this year, but for some reason, I can't get anything to pick up the feed. Normally I use ustream, but that sticks on Initializing. Xsplit tells me I'm dropping too many frames and terminates the stream, and open broadcaster times out as it can't connect to the server. i've disabled both my anti-virus and firewall, but still no joy. To the best of my knowledge, I haven't changed anything major since the last time I streamed.

It's only a little Canyon USB thing, nothing too special or complicated
