Gives me the grue watching that guy, as been working in the construction industry for over forty years and seen many an accident with electricity, and had a few myself*, so I would state do not mess with electricity.  

*As an apprentice my boss told me to cut a big cable as he said fuses were out, I did and got blasted across the room as the hacksaw disintigrated. Since then I never trust no-one. Bitter and painful lesson learned.
