You can safely follow that link for a variety of reasons, not least of which it cannot, and could not possibly work! :)
Unless it's a HTML email and the actual link isn't what it says it is?

Wouldn't follow it anyway, but thought I should let people know to look out for it...

At a guess (without seeing the original email source) it's spam that takes the domain name from the email address and then uses it to try and get you to download a virus from a site pretending to be from that domain name when the actual link isn't to it at all.
So if Si's email address was is[at]moc.ytelbbibytrebbilf then he'd have got a virus spam email that read:

Only the actual link didn't go to flibbertybibblety.com and just pretends to. As an example (this link is completely safe to click on, it's just a rick roll):
https://flibbertybibblety.com/fileserver/reports/report_fax
So it's actually not specific to myreviewer at all, it just appears to be. It's their way of trying to get you to click on a dodgy link, figuring someone somewhere would look at it and think "oh it's just a pdf from my own company's website" or something.

Agree with all of that, just wanted to highlight it in case anyone else got one.
Was named as coming from nimda[at]moc.reweiverym but was obvious that it wasn't.
