No I'm not in trouble.
Just asking if anyone can give me the proper wording for an arrest and then for the official charge. (UK not USA please)
I've Googled it around and there seems to be differences with the answers I get.
Just need it for a short story I'm writing.

There is no specific wording, but you should inform the person they are being arrested/detained, and why... they should be cautioned. There are prescribed words, but they need not be said verbatim.

The law is actually quite flexible... in that what ever words are used it must be within the general meaning and understanding of the person you are addressing... hence the Caution, being a bit long winded... but actually 'anything you say/not say or do may be used in evidence' when given the opportunity
