General Forum
Sooo noticed today on HUKD that angostura bitters are half price in Tesco, £5 instead of £10 and mentioned it to the Assistant manager then passing comment that I never noticed anyone selling Long Vodka...well long story short no one here had a clue what I was talking about...is this a northern or Scottish tipple then or are they just a bit backward here :)

It possibly is a Scottish thing, I remember my aunts making them when I was growing up in Paisley and telling me I couldn't have a taste because the Angostura was poisonous to kids.
