Tried it on Chrome, same trouble... But... it works on IE8... not much else in the site does, but the forums' inline posting works.

Ah that looks like the CSS is out of date (maybe the server isnt rebuilding it properly), I bet the problem vanishes if you change to the blue theme. I'll flush the red theme.
