Two...... he is declared not responsible for his actions, even though he can carry a gun with dumdums.

Three...the Mother of the deceased in the courtroom  looses it, and pulls out a hidden revolver ........  (saw that in a movie once)

This trial has been going on so long its now becoming boring...

Latest update 22/7/14....

Pistorious has been declared sane after his one month evaluation.

Pistorius made his defense saying that he mistook Reeva for an intruder hiding in the bathroom next to his bedroom and shot her. The prosicution accuses him of murdering his girlfriend after an argument.

While the defense wrapped up their argument last week, the court is adjourned till August 7.

Judge Thokozile Matilda Masipa will announce her verdict before the end of next month (August).

What a long trial 

The justice system over there seems a bloody joke compared to here in the UK.

The six month trial ends on Thursday  11/9/14.

Sky news is doing specials updates on the Trial at 6.30 each night this week, till Thursday.

You mean this will end this week? Finally you think ,I just hope her family can find some justice and from my own family experience they will miss her more as time pass by.I don't believe it gets easier in time.
