I`m not really into magic but i remember seeing similar tricks being done by Cyril , a half Japanese/American about 10 years ago and looking at the link i have posted just now he is still doing them.

Some magicians can only aspire to be this unlucky:

Penn Jillette basically saying Chris Angel does nothing more than camera and editing tricks to make him look like he`s a good magician:

If you can, watch the behind the scenes footage from Super 8. The Director of Photography is a guy called Larry Fong, and he has a small segment devoted to the magic tricks he perfomed on set to entertain the masses. Most are card forces, but there`s a few in that small segment I`ll have to watch a few times before i figure them out.

New series of Dynamo Magician Impossible starts tomorrow 21:00 on Watch

yawn... no doubt swmbo will want to watch it!

Only downside to this show is that too many tricks could be seen as being a video switch, for example he made a record in his hand instantly become the record on the display shelf, and vice versa.

The only proof we had that he did it for real, was the one guy in the record shop, who could be a paid stooge, and the video stopped for a few seconds for a switch,

Not saying that`s how it was done, but video switching is an obvious ploy for a TV magician, and having proof video switching was not done, is difficult to show on TV.

I like his tricks where there is no obvious way to see how the trickery was done, like `his coffee through the wooden table` routine.
