That Bob Lutz guy seemed like a perfect example of the Republican attitude towards anything scientific.

"Florida was supposed to be underwater by now..."

"The oceans are supposed to be boiling hot..."

Much like evolution, they don`t really have a clue what they are talking about. Add to that the blatant lies - "Temperatures have stayed the same", even though they have conclusively risen.

This was my favourite NDT moment of last week`s show...

Weird.  He turned up in The Big Bang Theory while I was flicking through the stations about an hour ago.  Sheldon didn`t like him.

Having said that, I`m not absolutely 100% convinced by the Global Warming argument but neither am I 100% convinced by the counter argument.  I remain resolutely sceptical and wary of hidden agendas.
