OK, now this has taken me by surprise - my eldest son, who is now 17 and in 6th form, assures me that all the 6th form lads do Movember. Not for fundraising, unfortunately, but to see who can grow the most facial hair.
I think my kid'll win hands down. 5 days in and he already resembles Wolverine!

I started to gro my first goatee in my 1st year at college, so would have been 17, , much to the amusement of my friends, but shock of my parents. I remember the older brother of a girl I was seeing at the time tell their parents not to be alarmed but I was younger than him but looked a few years older :)
