I have heard many complaints about Sports Direct return policy. Which I am also seeing in this article. Last month I ordered for few sports items for my son who is 14 years which I received with in two days. But none of the item was appreciated by my son and the only option before me is to return them. As I have already heard the company's reputation that their return policy is bad, still I tried by calling at Customer Service Number,. They told me the following procedure:-

-You will get the refund with the same method that was used for paying for the order.
-If the refund cannot be made by the same method, the company will send you a cheque.
-If the product is purchased via the Gift card, the money will be credited to the Gift card or e-voucher.
-If you have purchased the item partially via the Gift card and partially by other payment method, you will be refunded the deducted amounts to your payment methods respectively.
You will receive a confirmation email from the company, once the amount has been refunded to you.

I send them the items and within one week I received the cheque also after necessary deductions done by them. If you have any doubt you can contact Sports Direct customer service.

Quite a bump on this thread, I do not recognise some of the folk on it....Anyway....

The only thing I have against Sports direct is that the same make of tee shirts can be made of different material depending on colour. Very strange but true.

I always go for the same make, and the blues and blacks last well, but the browns go bobbled at the neck where my unshaven chin seems to wear the edges.

So why buy them you say, well due to their sweatshop mentality to keep prices down, I do get them a lot cheaper than elsewhere,and that's what most consumers want, irrespective of their workers conditions.

I've seen on hukd ppl criticise Sports Direct's Levi's saying the 501s they sell are a lot cheaper than anywhere else, but nowhere near the same quality.
