I still believe in vaccinations and have had all of mine, Jemima is having all of hers, but her latest is a little overdue coz she`s been poorly, so wanted to wait til she was better, especially as this time she is getting jabbed for like seven things (poor cow!)

Must admit, I`m slightly dubious about the HPV jab, just because it hasn`t been out for a very long time, and I read a stupid article in the paper...will make the decision based on whatever facts I can find when Jemima is due for hers, same as I did with her baby ones!

None of us will have the swine flu vaccine, but only because our doctor thinks we already had it (back when they weren`t testing and just decided anyone who was poorly had it)...didn`t take tamiflu either, just stayed in til I got better!

If you believe this government is remotely smart enough to plan and execute any sort of conspiracy, then you truly are an idiot.

I did not let my 13 yaer old daughter get that teenager jab, and the pressure was intense by teachers to get it. Stuff them all

Im amazed at how many people have said `Ive not let my girl have the jab`.............surely its their choice as to whether they want to protect themselves against one of the most under publisised (sp) cancers?

Im looking forward to reading the article in the next few weeks and really hope it puts a lot of peoples minds at rest

I thought the swine flu jabs were coming from the World Health Authority (or whatever it is called)
So I presume that these rediculous conspiracy theories take this into consideration and are therefore infact saying the WHA are the ones trying "to selectively cull" the worlds population as opposed to our national government??

Can`t you just hear the WHA lab conversations now

"four normal jabs, one euthanasia jab, four normal jabs, one euthanasia jab, four norm..."

"no derek you idiot we`re supposed to pack the boxes with one killer jab for every three normal ones not four"

Give me a break for god sake!!

And that includes the swine flue jab, as all they want to do is kill you and end the surplus population Angry

Conspiricy sites state the Swine flue jab will be a three parter to kill you slowly, so others will get the jab to late to realise.

I might not agree with all that, but I do know the goverment is good at dictating policy, and giving us rc[at]p, and that includes whats in these jabs.

No god forsaken goverment official will get near my family with a needle or they will get the wrong end of a diggery doo.

:/ One hopes one is taking the proverbial with some of those comments. Although you may not read this as you`re probably holed up in a bunker somewhere with a stockpile of pot noodles and machine guns. ;)

Both my kids have had the MMR, will cross the other bridges when they hatch.

To be honest, this is all Tony Blair`s fault anyway. All he had to do during this whole furore when it first kicked off was state that his youngest son had had the MMR jab and I think the fuss would have died down very quickly. Instead he bleated on about privacy and so it became one of those Labour conspiracies about saying one thing in public and doing another in private.

We did, with the first one.
Paid hundreds and travelled hundreds of miles.
We`d like to with the second one, but the doctor`s retired and sourcing single jabs is becoming even harder.
We know a woman who`s utterly convinced MMR caused autism in her boy.
Even if it didn`t, his reaction to it was horrible (seizures etc.) and she`s convinced his personality changed from that day on.
Enough reason for us. :p
I really don`t care what anyone says, they`re wasting their breath, I`ll do what I feel has the least risk.

his personality changed from that day on.

thats the exact same thing that happened with connor, he was just starting walking & could say about 20 words, he went in for his jab on a wed afternoon, was poorly by teatime, was ill for about a week, after that he couldn`t walk anymore & totaly lost the speach he had learned, was very introverted, basicaly, it was like having one child, then he was swapped for another completely different person, it honestly felt like we had lost our child, he was totaly different in every, way 6 months later he was diagnosed as being autistic, like i said in the other thread, it may just be coincidence, but if you where in my position, & it was your child, & you had the power of hindsight, what would you do ?
