A classic movie, which has only one dated special effect in it (the face in the mirror scene), being remade and due for release this year.

Third time director Gil Kenan, previous movies are animated Monster House, and City of Ember, neither of which I've seen.

Stars Sam Rockwell from Moon, and produced by Sam Raimi.

I bet it turns out to be as good as The Evil Dead!!! And yes I mean the really modern-horror-by-numbers remake and not the Raimi classic original.
