Interstellar - Scenes shot in Okotoks, saw them filming this, last week (I thought it was refugees from Heartland (or Follyfoot for rednecks as I call it), filming here instead of High River).



My outlook on life is positive & carefree, I`m positive that I`m a pessimist & I don`t care what what you think.



Never has so little had to be explained by me to so many so often.

The baseball field is Seaman Stadium, 6 minutes walk & literally at the bottom of the hill from the ridge (Drakes Landing behind the trees) away from my house.

Let us contemplate future space travel.....

Man one day will strive for the stars, taking hundreds of years of effort, with sweat, wars and conflict, and at the same time teraforming an alien planet to breath and live in it comfortably, and then make tremendous strides to create great cities and society, and finally at the pinnacle of their civilisation, create KFC and McDonalds outlets.

Or they could have just stayed on Earth and just enjoy a chicken wing and a burger now :D

Still waiting to hear from Manchester IMAX whether they will be showing this on 70mm or digital projection. They are removing the old IMAX film projector altogether after Interstellar comes out :(

The last word was that they fully expected to show it in 70mm, but couldn't confirm if that would definitely be the case.
