high spirits with shirley ghostman - disc problems

has anyone else got this set that came out a couple of weeks ago?
the extras on both the "my new best friend" disc - actors commentary and gallery feed, and disc one commentary do not work, the audio button also will not select any alternative audio track.

On a more serious note, I would take it back to the shop where you got it and get a refund if it`s faulty.
