Just seen "Identity"...

Hulk Smash! (Elite) posted this on Thursday, 30th June 2005, 23:43

I saw this on Sky yesterday - and wow! An excellent film - one of the best I`ve seen this year (very clever!).

I`d seen the trailer and it looked ok (a bit of a typical "who dunnit"), but it is much much better (they couldn`t give too much away in the trailer...).

Great stuff - check it out if you haven`t seen it yet! :D

I`d agree, although the very end does seem a bit predictable

Yes, it was one ending too many.

Watched this at the cinema as a "second" film. And it was easliy one of the best films i watched that year. I thought the end twist was excellent. I nearly always guess twists before they happen, but i didn`t see that coming. It was the end twist that made the film i thought. No offence, but if any of you say you guessed it, i don`t beleive you.

Ray Liotta is always Xellent!

You say pyscho like its a bad thing

Brilliant film, predictable ending tho, as said, one too many.

I don`t know - I didn`t guess it! :/

You`ve got to admit though - the main twist was awesome!! :D

SPOILERS

I disliked this film. The twist about it all "being in his head" was pretty f*cking obvious, the opening of the film makes this clear to anyone familiar with these genre flicks. But the second twist was awful and ruined what was quite a tense and well made film.

Bottom line, I found it to be completely retarded.

Yep loved it, and Cusack is the man.

Does he remind anyone else of Spacey?

Well you must have been one of the only ones to guess it then! "Pretty obvious" - I don`t think so.... Did you have any knowledge about the film before you saw it? I didn`t, and thought it was just a "normal" who dunnit. I thought the whole bit at the beginning was tied tied into the convict Ray Liotta was carrying.

Why? Admittedly, it didn`t need another twist, but it certainly didn`t ruin it at all. Just when you thought everything was ok....

*sigh* Each to his own, I guess! (not enough CGI.....? ;) )
