Wholesale DVD`s (Bulk order)

I am looking to buy a lot of dvd`s, I have made some inquiries and received quotes like this:

"We can supply you all new releases, bestseller movies, TV Shows, TV Series, Box sets, excellent dvd's in dvd-9 quality, PS2 and Xbox games, There is NO Asian writing on any part of our products. We would like to quote you our best price including shipping with cover artwotk, without dvd case: 500-750 US$3.50/dvd, 751- Plus US$3.25/dvd. Delivery within ten days. Will provide you tracking details. Minimum order requirement is 500 discs (10 discs/title)"

I will be very greatful if anybody can tell me if have any experience to buy dvd`s like this. I am sorry my english is not very good.
