    Your Opinions and Comments

WOW!!! This really reflects my opinion on this series.
I`ve never seen the series up until I bought the 1st season a couple of weeks ago. And what can I say - I was caught in its web instantly!
Roswell tells the story of a group of teen aliens who try to live their normal lives and also to find out where they came from.
The cast, the locations and the good combination of teen drama, some romance and sci-fi really work. I can`t wait to get to the 2nd and 3rd seasons.
The video transfer is very good. The widescreen transfer is crisp and does not show any grain at all. The colors are very nicely saturated.
The DD 5.1 soundtrack is very good. The surrounds are used occasionally and create a nice sound envelope.
One cannot ignore the haunting opening theme. What can I say? I was hooked! "Oh, I am what I am...".
The menus are animated with sound.
The extras include a single commentary on each disc, a 30-minute behind the scenes featurette, a couple of audition tapes and a music video. The extras could`ve (and should`ve) been more detailed.
Bottom line - a wonderful series, beautifully presented in this 6-disc set. Recommended.
