Your Opinions and Comments

8 / 10
Aye!

Content:- An under-rated Bond film in my opinion. Lazenby did a GOOD job as Bond in as far as I am concerned, I prefer him to Moore by far. Not as good as the other 2 though. Well anyway, this film is one of the better `old` ones and for several reasons. The acting is pretty good, the plot as can be expected but mainly its just good, clean Bond shaped fun. Which means: cars, snow, girls and stuff! It does have the only unhappy ending of any Bond film ever though, but apart from that it is your standard, reliable Bond film. Yep.

Video:- A nice, good clean anamorphic transfer here. All things considered there has been a good job done here. Aye!

Audio:- A DD mono track that works perfectly. Everything sounds great, and in particular the theme tune, which I rate as one of the best. No problems here, so long as you dont mind mono.

Features:- A real nice selection here, with everything you could ask for. Some really quality material here aswell, which is good. As with mostly all of the current Bond releases, a great deal of effort has been put into the extras, and it shows. Quality and quantity.

Overall:- A sadly under-rated film which led to the partial demise of its `star`, unfairly in my eyes. Its your standard Bond fare really, which to me is a very good thing. AYE!
