Synopsis:
Not far from Camberwick Green is Trumpton, a bustling town deep in the county of Trumptonshire. This DVD features eight episodes from the children`s series Trumpton, first trasmitted in 1967.
Among the day to day adventures, we encounter Nick Fisher busy printing posters for the local band concert, Miss Lovelace arranging the window display in her shop, Mrs Cobbit selling flowers in the market square, the Mayor as always keeping order in the town hall, the townfolk get excited about the Mayor`s birthday, Mr Platt the Clockmaker solves the mystery of the town clock, Chippy Minton gets a fright during `Tidy Up Trumpton` week, and the telephone repair man causes chaos by crossing the town`s telephone lines.
